Below are some examples of common exceptions.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, if soiled or perfumed the buyer may not be able to return the product.
- Return items requesting a refund and not an exchange or store credit are subject to a $5.00 restock fee.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email Milostees with your email address and order ID within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your want for either a refund an exchange or store credit.
- Prepare your return and package your merchandise with receipt within 14 days of contacting Milostees.
- Refunds, exchanges and store credit take 1 to 3 weeks to process.
- Buyer is responsible for ensuring returned merchandise reaches Milostees processing facility. We recommend using tracking via USPS for returned merchandise.
